Rooted in sustainability, Tom Heyward & Laurissa Cook’s restaurant Pignut has gone from strength to strength, gaining recognition in the Michelin Guide within just 6 months of opening: ‘At Pignut, we’re not just serving food, we’re crafting experiences, fostering community, and celebrating the natural world’.

They were keen to reflect that ethos in their choice of tableware, working with just two local artisan producers to create a range of ceramics to complement the natural honesty of the food they serve.

In addition to the flower vases, Tom & Laurissa chose dinner plates, small tumblers and ridged bowls from the Kath Cox Pots collection .
